What's the difference between a C-8 US and NA versions?
There is no difference. It’s for shipping to the continental US vs. the rest of North America.

I would think the power supply also is different. The plugs and voltages are very different in North America than other parts of the world.
Since the post was about comparing the US and North America versions, that would not be the case. It's just shipping logistics that differ.
US: For shipment to 48 states mainland US only.
NA: For shipment to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Territories.
