I have a UZB-7 that I use as a secondary controller from time to time and can update using that + PC Controller Sw from SiLabs.. It's a very handy device to have. Can also use the Z-Stick (which is 500 series) or the Zooz S2 700 series stick.

EDIT: The system Firmware Updater app can also update using GBL files. I had to check.
