Did Not Parse Message?

Is this anything to be concerned about?

What is device 164? It would help to know what device is generating these messages. And, is this s standard Hubitat provided driver? Or a custom driver?

Its an Iris Smart Plug I use as a repeater. 3210-L Using the Iris Smart Plug Driver by shackrat. I have 7 of these. This is the only one I've seen with this message.

You may want to try using the native Hubitat Driver to see if those warning messages go away. I have a bunch of the Iris 3210-L outlets myself and I use the native drivers without any issues whatsoever.

If you change the driver, after saving the change, be sure to click CONFIGURE on the device to sends device configuration parameters to the outlet.

Thanks for the advice and I will try that. Also, could that message cause any Zigbee mesh problems? I ask because I have noticed recently that occasionally there seem to be some delays.

Which Driver is the native??

It does appear to be a very chatty device, assuming that is the Zigbee side of the 3210-L instead of the Z-Wave repeater side of things. It could very well slow down your mesh, as the traffic seems excessive.

The Zigbee side of the outlet would normally use the "Generic Zigbee Outlet" driver from Hubitat.

The Z-Wave repeater side would normally use the "Generic Z-Wave Repeater" driver from Hubitat.

Seems that message went away after driver change. How bout this:

The Hubitat Drivers typically enable Debug Logging for the first 30 minutes and then automatically turn Debug Logging off. You can go into the device details page and flip the Debug Logging switch to Off to accelerate this process. That should quiet the Live Logs down.

Also, if you don't need Power Monitoring on that outlet, you can disable it in the detail settings as well. That will also help reduce Zigbee mesh network traffic.

Just had the same message start popping up on my Iris 3210-L as well. I also use the custom driver. Will switch tot he Hubitat Generic to see if it helps.

I will note that this is very recent. I have been using the device with the custom driver for a few months now and just started noticing this message.

I have this parse message on all my Iris plugs when using the schackrat driver. I have no issues with the native driver.
