Devices in Apple Home App showing as no response

I am running a C-7 and utilizing the Home Kit Bridge App to bring my devices into the Apple Home App.

I have 25 or so devices in the app and for the most part they are running just fine.

I do however have two items in the Home app that are showing as No Response. One is a Button Controller that I use to control a Pico Remote switch that runs 4 can lights in my kitchen and the other is a Govee Light Integration that I use to control exterior Govee Lights. Both started to show no response last week and will not come online in the Home app.

Both of these items are selected in the Home Kit app and both are present in the Home app on my iPhone...Both however as noted show as no response in the home app.

Would appreciate any help troubleshooting these two items...Both work fine when sending commands out of my dashboard in the Hubitat app.

First thing I would do is reboot both the Hubitat Hub and then the HomeKit controller (Apple TV? HomePod?).

When I’ve had issues in the past, that fixed it.

Thanks for the suggestion. I unfortunately have already tried that...Its generally my go to when I encounter issues. The reboots did not address the two devices that show as no response.

I have also tried to reset the integration in the homekit bridge application as well.

And tried unchecking those two devices in the app, clicking done and then adding them back in.

That’s unfortunate. What Hubitat platform version are you on?

2.4.2.160

That’s a 6 month old version of the Hubitat platform. I suggest you upgrade to the latest release to see if the issue persists.

I have no updates available. Unless there is a way to force an update I am not sure how to do this.

Sounds like maybe you’ve blocked the hub from Internet access somehow? What type of home network hardware/design do you have?

Make sure your hub is connected to Hubitat's cloud.

I get regular updates...Just updated last week.

Updated what last week? Couldn’t be the hub platform because the version you’ve mentioned is 6 months old …

I was incorrect. Platform version is 2.4.4.146

just updated the software again this morning, rebooted the hub and still have the same issue.

any thoughts on this issue. still persistes unfortunately

There are several of us having issues with devices showing no response through the HomeKit Bridge. Sometimes restarting the integration helps and sometimes restarting the hub helps. For me neither of those work on my Third Reality Bulbs. I can control them when I am on my LAN as HomeKit is local but as soon as I leave my home I have no control.

There has been some work on this and public release 2.4.4.155 had an update inside it that they hoped would help per the release notes. It did not in my case even though it might have helped in others, I honestly don’t know. I am sure there will be other fixes in future releases to try and help this.

Until then if there are mission critical items that you need to work in Apple Home, if you are using Home Assistant, you can use the HACS integration for Hubitat to bring your Hubitat devices into Home Assistant. Then create a HomeKit Bridge in Home Assistant and share them to Apple home that way. I done that with the one bulb I most definitely needed. Then when the Hubitat integration is solved you can move it back if you like.
