Device Picker has duplicated a device

A very strange thing happened when trying to select a device (in this case, a thermostat) using the device picker from within ANY app. The device "Sunroom Fireplace" appeared twice even though only one exists. Example in image below:

The Devices list however only shows one.

I renamed the device to "Sunroom Fireplace Therm" and any app device picker shows this:

As you can see there is still the option to chose "Sunroom Fireplace" along with "Sunroom Fireplace Therm". I cannot find any way to delete this "Sunroom Fireplace" device.

Is there any chance that a (second) "Sunroom FP" device exists elsewhere in the Device listing as a child device under something else (such as multi-channel parent device, or an integration like Home Assistant Device Bridge)?

Holy crap what a catch. This app (Home Assistant Device Bridge) was disabled but the device was still showing up until I deleted the app.
