I have twelve nodes and am having a problem with one Zooz single pole switch that will turn on a dusk and is supposed to turn off at dawn with all the other exterior lights only this one switch does not. Part of my troubleshooting was to look at the device graph but it only shows the hub and two T-Stats and none of the other devices. The other is in the log where it says Up Lights command "off()" failed after 5 retries. Not sure why it’s now a problem as it worked in the past and why does the graph not show all the other devices.

Are they paired long range? They won’t show up in the graph if they are.
Maybe reception issues for the switch? Maybe adjust the Z-Wave antenna?
edit: Actually I had that happen yesterday. I exercised it some and it seems to be back on track, and this is LR.
A screenshot of the rule would also help. For instance, if you are commanding multiple devices to change in the same action, that can cause that whole action to fail.
I had two Zooz power switches scheduled to turn off in the mornings (they controlled cameras that I run at night). They kept falling off the network (one or the other) until I power cycled the switch. When that happened, neither switch would be turned off. When I split them up, I was able to see which was the cuplrit. (A firmware update fixed the issue and neither have dropped in a very long time).
Yes all the devices are paired long range. Have never heard that so explains a lot
Hopefully the 5 strikes and you’re out thing can be sorted out. Mine is not acting up again.
