Device for audible alerts, sounds, alarm?

I have a water leak sensor for my laundry washing machine. I need to send an audible alert/sound to notify everyone in the house there's a water leak, where the leak is (i.e. sensor name). I plan on adding other sensors that will need audible alerts too.

For reliability, my preference would be for a dedicated device, 110v+battery backup, Z-wave.

I also have Google Nest Hub (but this is not ideal for something I need to rely on). How do I connect Hubitat with Google Nest Hub or Google Home?

Recommendations?

Thanks in advance.

I strongly recommend against the Dome Home Automation Wireless Z-Wave Battery-Powered Home Security Siren and Chime. The device works great when it isn't sounding, i.e., it sits there very well. When it is making any sound, however, it becomes uncontrollable. Turning it off involves taking it outside and throwing it a far distance, or (one-time fix only) smashing it with a sledgehammer.

I have found burying these devices several feet under ground will also help to mitigate the uncontrollable notification.

Not to mention that this device eats it's dual batteries like salted peanuts at a brewery!

I know its not exactly what your asking, but what about sending a notification to everyones phone

I do that. AND, I send notifications to all of the Amazon devices in my home.....several Echo Dots and several Amazon Fire HD pads.

I use an Ecowit chime/siren.

edit: I misspoke. I meant ECOLINK. Sorry.

You can get siren/alarm devices which will play alerts tones, and I think some can even have custom recorded alerts. But I am not aware of any that will do TTS alerts which is what it sounds like you want. I think you would need to use some sort of smartified speaker for that. I think Sonos and Apple HomePods can both do TTS locally (maybe not fully). The Homepod relies on an Airplay integration so I assume it works over LAN but the TTS translation may need to hit a cloud server.

If you dont want to go the smart speaker route, I would suggest an alarm/siren device for a sound alert and then a text notification to mobile devices to give the location and more details. You can use something like Pushover for the mobile notifications which is the community favorite.

You could do a customized sound if you want with the Ecolink.
I have it announce that there's a water leak.
Then I check the Pushover notification to see which sensor is wet.
If you do a custom sound for each sensor, you may run out of sound slots; there's a max, and I don't think it's huge.
Plus, you want it to announce other things.
