Device Firmware Updater - Zooz water sensor

So I followed the instructions from the Device Firmware Updater instructions.

I found the gbl file directly from Zooz support page and uploaded it to the hub via updater app. When I select Back after successfully updating, there's no option to Update Z-Wave Firmware. The only option is the Firmware File Manager. Am I missing a step?

What hub model (hardware revision) are you running? Check Settings > Hub Details or the bottom of your hub if you don't know. This only works on C-7 or later.

@bertabcd1234, I have a C-5. I had no idea it only works on C-7 or later. That's not on the instruction page. Do you know if there's another way to do it?

Currently, Hubitat's built-in ZW updater tool doesn't work with S2-paired devices (or some other scenarios). But for .ota and .gbl f/w files, this process here might help you avoid having to use a Z-stick to update...
