I am getting an error when I go to Notifications on both my iPhone and iPad that says:
DeviceID not registered to email address XXX@gmail.com. That is the address that is the admin account.
I have the same problem. Tried adding the iPhone as a new device same message... DeviceID xxxx not registered to email address xxx.gmail.com
Just remove the app from iPhone and install back again
I'm getting this same error. I removed the app and reinstalled and I'm still getting the error.
Any ideas?
Remove the app, delete the device in HE, reboot the phone then reinstall the app
