I know I can use %device%, %value%, %date%, %time%, %now% and %value%. Where can I find a list of these items in the documentation, and are there any others available?

They are the name and trigger of the device and time and date. just set up a notification that will send to your phone app to test what the values are for each item you have a question.

I think the OP is asking if there are other system variables other than the ones that were listed. I’m actually curious about that too.

I'm not sure about a definitive list but you can create your own within Rule Machine using "Create Global Variables".
