So I like the idea behind Hubitat, especially since SmartThing's rooms/scenes don't work great with Amazon's Alexa now, so I thought I would give it a try.
However, when I received my item, the box was in bad shape but intact and the tape seal was taped over with packing tape, but I figured I'd give it a shot anyways. However, after I had connected some of my lights, I found out that the hub already has an admin account registered to it, with someone else's name.
I've tried contacting support, however, they are being slow to respond.
Is there a way to factory reset a device? The soft reset did not fix this problem.
