Developer Tools missing

I have several Hus, C7, C8s, etc

I just ordered a new C8, does the "Developer Tools" normally come loaded in a brand new "out the box" C8?, I'm using a web browser looking at Brand New C8 compared to my other C8, and the navigating section in the browser are different? The other C8 has the developers tool, the new one has a completely different look, and no developer tools

What changed? Or is it just me, forgetting that I have to add these tools?

In settings, top mid-right you will see a button to turn on developers tools.
Maybe this is off.

By default, if no community apps or drivers are installed it is turned off.

Thank you, it was driving me crazy. It was grayed off, and not noticable. I see it now that you helped me, thanks

Sounds like you are also on differen hub platform versions. Release 2.4.0, new in the last couple weeks, has significant UI changes -- including the one mentioned above.

Settings > Check for Updates will get all on the latest, asuming that is also your goal.
