I've been watching for a bit and decided to dive right in with the v2. I install via HPM and when trying to add the user app, Govee isn't listed. I also notice after the HPM install, if I view driver or app code, nothing with the Govee app is listed?
Did you upgrade HPM to 1.9.1 before installing the Govee integration V2.
Check your app code tab in the developer section. Does it list Govee Integration V2.
Did you get any errors when installing. Make sure you selected to install user apps when you attempt to install it.
Those are related to UDP which is only used with lan API. Does that sound right with this device. By the way what is this device.
If it is device using the lan api then it may not be related the integration at all.
Yes got local set on all the devices. No errors on v1 with local.
I have:
H70C1
H70C2
H61E0
H70B1
They all basically just did a firmware update so could be connected as they needed to be updated?
I will start testing Lan Control a bit more. My focus has been on the new cloud API and i didn't change any code on the LAN API side. I will let you know what i find if anything.
Do you happen to know what command were submited that caused those errors.
I just tested my devices that match those model numbers and no errors. They are likely a rare occurance with something in your network. There was another person here that was having the same issue on outdoor strip lights.
That did it apologies I thought HPM had been updated. Now many more features for a H7132 space heater. Thanks!
Something just crossed my mind after I looked up the device you have. I tested the command for the air deflectors on the Space Heater Pro, but not the osscilation toggel that your space heater has. I just posted a update that will fix the driver your heater will be using.
I also found a problem with my previous update that i have fixed as well. Unfortunately these will require you to remove any devices you created and add them back again.
Any devices including lights?
I think it was when I saved the app as devices were created. Then again when I tried to log in on the app (which I couldn't get to work BTW)
I'm on it. Coming today. I'll send you the state info via DM.
Yes any device. When I made the change from 2.0 to 2.0.1 my fix for one problem caused another. I didn't notice it until i went back to do some testing for the Heater ossiclation commands. I fixed it and updated the app. Unfortunately the problem is with the device creation itself so it needs to be re added.
Sorry but what does this mean. Do you mean opening up the Govee Integration v2 app, or something else. It does appear that on occasion the app will be slow to load. If this is another issue do you know if any logs were created when it happened.
Those UDP response errors have never materialized into anything. I actually would prefer that Govee actually respond to the UDP call but they don't. on the rare strange occasion where they have it hasn't really been decipherable. The payload in that call doesn't mean anything. You should be able to ignore those errors. Maybe i will go ahead and remove that parse routine so it doesn't appear.
Fantastic. I will turn around a driver as fast as i can.
So on the main page you add in you API key then on the scene part you should log into your account however I was never able too. I checked and double checked my password and it's correct.
I'll check again later once I have recreated my devices.
I will check it myself. I didn't think i touched that, but with as much as was changed for the new api it is certainly possible.
I just checked with my own setup and was able to log into Govee Home part no problem. Have you tried logging in a bunch(over 10 times). That can cause it to simply lock you out from getting new tokens for 24 hours.
Live Logging from the attempt could help me figure out what is failing if you want to post that.
I noticed that if I use the Govee app to set a scene, the Hubitat device doesn't reflect what that scene is (even after I do a refresh). Is there a way to read the current scene from the physical device?
