Yes, the docs you were looking at were for the Settings > Command Retry page, as it says in the text you copied and pasted from the docs into your post, so that is where you would expect to find the documented UI elements.
This kind of hint is often towards the top of most newer docs and a growing number of old ones to assist with this kind of thing in case you end up at the page from a search or something else without much context. Hopefully knowing that tip can help the next time you end up in a similar situation!
