New user and somehow I got two hubs showing up on my iPhone app. One is good and the other is not. I suspect it had something to do with setting a static IP. How do I get rid of the phantom hub? I only have one physical device.
That sounds like a @bobbyD question...
If it shows up in your myhubs list you could see if you can deregister the one that is not actually the "real" one.
I checked your account using the community email address and looks like you had previously registered a C-7 with the same email and gave it the same name. It should be gone now. I removed the hub from the cloud side on our end.
