Delay By {x time} not working in Button Controller App

Here is the code I'm running:

When button 2 is held, delay for 1 minute then turn a virtual switch on and arm HSM.

What I get is button 2 being held at 9:26:10.859, the virtual switch turning on a few hundredths of a second later at 09:26:10.992 and then the HSM arming almost a second later at 9:26:11.504.

Am I doing something wrong?

Try changing the action for switch off. on the page that you selected the switch to turn off, down a couple options is a turn off after delay.

Sounds like a bug. Will investigate.
