Dead hub

I purchased my hub through Amazon and received it last Thursday, four days ago. I had no problems configuring it and adding three door locks, two thermostats, and seven dimming light bulbs. Yesterday I was not able to connect and noticed that the light is out. I tested the outlet with other devices and it works fine, and I tried the hub in other known good outlets. I have been using the micro-usb power cable that came with the hub but tried a different known good cable with no luck. Any suggestions? I messaged support@hubitat.com yesterday but have not yet received a response.

You tried a different cable, but did you try a different power adapter?

yes, including a 2.5A from a Raspberry Pi.

Sounds dead. Some routers allow you to tell the last time a device was active and/or when it pulled an IP from DHCP last. Has it checked in at the router?
