Is there a way to change the date format in the logs, in DK we use dd/mm/yyyy

I doubt you can change it. The format is ISO 8601.
dd/mm/yyyy and mm/dd/yyyy are ambiguous.

Yeah, that would be a new feature request, to add an option for a date display format picker, but that is probably not a high enough value or easy enough job to get on the to do list.
I mostly look at times in logs, though, so date formats are not really an issue for me. I wouldn't mind a way to switch to AM/PM times, however, if they ever poke at adding log format options.
