Dashboards slow to load in app but not Chrome browser on the same device

My phone is a Google Pixel running Android 10.

Dashboards are very slow to load in the Hubitat app, and load much faster when I use Chrome on the same phone.

I'm using local dashboards in both cases.

And it doesn't matter whether I am on the same network as the HE or using the cellular network (with OpenVPN in the latter instance).

Should I try uninstalling/reinstalling the app? Delete the app cache?

What about once you open the app and then go to change dashboards. Does the 2nd dashboard load as fast as it does on Chrome?

Same here using Pixel 3 under Android 10. In fact, some of my dashboards don't load at all on the mobile app but load fine using mobile Chrome.
