How to change tile text color
How do I change the test color to Black or some other color. I can't see it.

The text color can be changed individually on each template type. To do so, click on the gear icon (top right). Then select “Templates” on the top right.
From there, you can chose which template to modify (Temperature, Humidity, Switch, Fan, Power Meter and outlet in your example above) and for each state, select the font color (click on the box under color, and pick the color you want to use).
