Dashboard Token No Longer Valid Error

I am getting the error attached when attempting to use the cloud dashboard links from the main dashboard page.

If you go to my.hubitat.com do you see your hub?

Yes

from a pc can you go to your hub and see the dashboard?

Yes as long as I use the local IP URL, but I am needing access when away from my local network.

under yourhub>>Apps>>hubitat dashboard pick the dashboard and make sure it has access to the cloud..

Weird, it was checked but I had to reset the token for them to start working again.
