I'm a total novice at home automation so please excuse any stupid questions.
I want to replace an Ademco Vista security panel that has several keypad interfaces around the house for arming and disarming the system.
I would like to start out by using a low cost Amazon Fire table to replace the keypads. I would like the interface to emulate the keypads I currently have - with keys for arming/disarming, keys to input password codes, readouts to show the status of the security system, and a speaker to announce alarm countdowns.
Is there some way to get this simple interface? I have seen tools for dashboard programming but they seem way more complicated than what I need initially.
Thanks.

I have several pads with all of that. Check out HD+
I had an old Honeywell hardwired system. Changed to Vista with SmartThings. Changed to Konnected with Hubitat, and I love it!
