Dashboard "Scene" tile does not change

@Patrick - 2 things:

1. In the old dashboards there used to be a Scene template that was essentially a scene activating button with switch status. This template was useful for activating/monitoring scenes with Off disabled. The current Scene template doesn't do that. I'd like to have that option back.

Groups & Scenes Syncing

We are going to add a Dashboard template for Scene activator button. It will have a light that shows the Scene state. You'd use that for when off is disabled, and a switch for when off is enabled.

2. on the dashboards there is an issue with Scenes and the Switch tiles. When activating a scene from a tile using the Scene template and pressing the icon (not on/off text) causes the Switch tile to not update - shows "Sending". See the picture below. Both tiles are attached to the same Scene Activator device.
