Dashboard Question re Icons and a Fix

I have a couple questions about my dashboard.

  1. How do I fix the temp near the icon where the arrow is showing? It's overlapping the icon. Also, when I set my Ecobee to motion only, I still get the temp showing up right there. Any way to make it so that just the temp shows up or just the motion?

I don't know the menus in iPad but normally you can click on the gear in the upper right screen. There is a + - menu for a number of characteristics, you want to change the Icon size.
