Dashboard: Open a VLC playlist

I have an Android tablet with Fully Kiosk that I am using as my home control dashboard and really need help. Ive scoured the forums and google but cant seem to find anything. Ive been working at this for 7 hours straight now while my family sleeps. I dont know what else to do.

I am using a Amcrest Doorbell camera and Synology Surveillance Station and have created an RTSP link, but when I create a tile with the link and click it, I get a failure to load error from Fully Kiosk.
I am able to open the RTSP link with VLC though.

Is there any way to add a tile to my dashboard that opens the RTSP link in VLC?

Are you using Android for your fully Kiosk? If so then try tinycam app. It will convert RTSP to mpeg for you with a built-in webserver. I think it's free for 1 or 2 cam. This way you don't need another device running VLC.
