I have an issue with my dashboard locally and with the web console. However, the mobile application works fine. I have reverted back to 117 from 118 after it was pulled. I have restored the DB too. I noticed today it an RM rule didn't run. So I started investigating way and I see that this in web console dashboard.

The dashboard comes up without any issue.
I haven't done a soft reset yet. I would like to see if this can be fixed.
Any advice from this standpoint?
I have attempted to create a new dashboard item and still has the same issue.
