I've searched and haven't seen anything recently about cloud Dashboard access control.
Is there a way to turn on/off cloud access to dashboards?
I'd like to have 1 dashboard, cloud accessible, and put a keypad on it.
When the proper pin is entered, it opens up other dashboards availability.

There are options within the Dashboard "child" App Settings... If you open the Apps page in your Hubitat Web UI, then select the Dashboard you are interested in, are the options around cloud access not enough?
I see the options to make the dashboards local or cloud accessible.
I'd like to be able control those options programmatically.

I expect the ability to control this access is seen as a feature, providing you with this control. Programmatic control of this could be seen as a reduction of the control in this space. It may be worth considering the access that may be opening up by enabling a Community App to control access to your Dashboards which may include access to your device history and access to control up to any of your devices including door locks and any mixture of deviecs you choose to expose on a dashboard...
