Since the dashboard security issue was identified and fixed back in August, which then made the dashboard link tile functionality subsequently fail, the fixed with firmware update 2.4.2.158 (original post HERE), I'm experiencing extremely frustrating behaviour from the dashboards;
Issue #1 - I have "Enable Custom Dashboard" enabled with the cloud url to my "Main Menu" dashboard, prior to the security issue this worked as intended, opening up my "Main Menu" whenever I launched the Hubitat app. Ever since the original security issue was "fixed", this functionality is very much hit and miss, sometimes working as intended, but very often being presented with the screen below until I either click the Home button on the bottom left and the return to the Dashboard screen, or click the home button on the top left and select the dashboard I want to use. Very frustrating when trying to do something quickly from my "Main Menu" dashboard that holds all the controls I want to access rapidly.
Issue #2 - I have multiple AP's in my home, and since the security "fix" was implemented whenever I roam from one AP to another while on an open Dashboard, the Dashboard refreshes and diverts back to the custom dashboard url in the settings. If I am standing at a crossover point between AP's, then accessing anything other than the custom Dashboard becomes impossible, with constant refreshes and reverting back to my "Main Menu" from whatever Dashboard I'm trying to open/use. I have tried toggling "Resume Last Dashboard", "Show Dashboard on Opening", and even disabling my custom Dashboard from the settings menu, nothing makes a difference.
Is anyone else experiencing similar frustrations? Prior to the security "fix" implementation my dashboards had worked flawlessly for years, but now they are becoming incredibly frustrating to the point where I'm thinking of moving to Sharptools, but don't really want to pay more money to fix functionality issues that have only appeared as a result of a security "fix".
