I believe everything in this topic is still applicable today:

Cync by GE ⚙️ Custom Apps and Drivers

Anyone? Saw a post that said these bulbs were bluetooth only hence I would need a bridge. However, I bought 1 and set it up and it is wifi, so I was hoping anyone here could help me get it into my hubitat. Thanks

TL;DR no native support.
