I dont'n know (didn't find) if it has already been requested, but It would be a lot more awesome/time saving/cleaner/fantastic/free/easy to have an option field in the edit tile window to inject custom css class.
This way you only have to setup the css once and for new/old tiles you just add the css class name in the option field.
