[RELEASE] PP-Code temperature/humidity sensor

This is my first try at creating a working Hubitat driver, but it seems to be working. If anyone has a PP-Code temperature/humidity sensor, please try and test my code: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kb9gxk/hubitat/refs/heads/main/hubitat-ppcode.groovy Required settings: IP address of sensor PORT number (Defaults to 80) SERIL NUMBER TEMP Format (F/C) Date Format (US/UK) I also added the ability to enable rounding the temperature and humidity to whole numbers.
