Yeah it could be. It's a whole thing to figure out what device is causing a ghost? It wouldn't be the worst to get rid of it.

It is that simple.
It is probably a stale entry on the zwave radio from either a device that went bad or a failed pairing attempt. The device has been removed from the hubs device list (which is why that spot is blank). You dont really need to know what device caused it, you can just remove it. The trick is sometimes they are stubborn and dont like to get removed.
