Cron Expression Confusion

Wanted to create a Cron expression to trigger every day at 1:45 pm. Using google it told me the expression would be "45 13 * * *". This just gives me an error. Based on some other code in HE I found I ended up with this "0 45 13 ? * *".

Is there some kind of difference in Cron strings?

I tried it with an * in place of the ? And that didn’t work either. What is the purpose of the question mark?

It is not a cron like a UNIX cron, it is a Quartz Scheduler Cron Expression.

Google will give you correct results if you ask specifically for a Quartz Cron Expression.
