I'm working on writing a driver that can auto-discover devices through the network.
But I can't find any documentation for how to hook it to HE Lan Discovery section
Could you help with any examples or documentation?

This feature isn't complete, hence no docs yet...
Suffice it to say that creating a driver with the correct type of fingerprint will indeed cause matching devices to display under LAN Devices.
We're just not ready to disclose the details of this interface at this time since the mDNS side of it was causing some excessive multicast traffic...
We're expecting to get back to this implementation, but it's not likely to be available in 2.1.3.

If you need alpha testers - please consider me to add to the respective group. I'm going to implement Tasmota auto discovery - super helpful for those who have 20+ devices and adding one by one is a pain.
Any chance mDNS might appear soon? I'm trying to find ways to make the integrations and drivers I've built easier to use. What I really want is people to not have to worry about things like IPs and just click through wizard pages. mDNS would be one way to help make that happen for at least my BOND integration.
