I was making a rule in RM. It crashed or had an error during construction. Now is shows in logs as (not installed). I does not show in RM so I cannot remove it. I never got to the point where I would assign devices to it. Is it just phantom in logs or is it present somewhere else? Trying to keep the hub clean.
Try a hub reboot (from the settings section, and not by pulling power).
If that fails you could do a soft reset - ie by downloading a fresh backup and then restore that immediately - which hopefully should clear up your problem
