The driver Krassimir linked is the only potential way to bring that device in -- that driver will hopefully work OK for you.
Your bulb is a Tuya wifi (cloud-based) device, so there's no native support for it in Hubitat -- Hubitat is focused on supporting locally-controlled devices (not cloud-based devices).
In the future, look for Tuya zigbee devices instead -- thanks almost entirely to @kkossev's tireless efforts, many Tuya zigbee devices enjoy good support within Hubitat.
