That's a pretty old version. I would update to the latest version of the platform then do a soft reset.
It says it's updated failed, then on refresh " Corrupt database found ", I read several previous cases of this issue fixed, not sure if this one curable
It is. Log into yourhubip:8081 and do a soft reset and restore (if its the first time you're setting it up, you don't need to restore anything) That will fix the database issue. Then run the update.
If its still not updating, use your web browser to go to update the diagnostic tool by going to this endpoint http://your.hubs.ip.here/hub/cloud/updateDiagnosticTool
Then run the platform update.
