Converting basic rules - error in rule machine

When rule machine converted this basic rule, it changed the 'off' to 'on' and failed to convert the requirement of 'Only when not disabled by Vacation on'.

When Time of Day is 9:00 AM, turn off Guest Bedroom Fan-F, Pool Bedroom Fan-F, Master Bedroom fan-F

Had basically the same thing happen to me today. Let me preface that Iā€™m a new user and this was my first time trying this. But the final portion of the basic rule when converted to rule manger I had changed from off to on. So I had to change it back to off to make it the same as it was before.

I can confirm the same issue. Basic rule of contact opens, light turns on, contact close, light turns off. I just brought it into rule machine and everything was good except the last step. Rule machine made it turn light on instead of turn light off.
