Controlling Fan with sensor temperature

Hi guys..

In the mean time the integration with Ecobee doesn't work for some reason I want to see if this is possible. I have a Hampton Ceiling fan controller in my mater and a SmartThings leak sensor which reports temperature, now, I want to turn on the ceiling fan before the Main AC in the house kick in to see if I can lower my electric bill.

I created a rule that if temperature is equal 75 turn ceiling fan on but unfortunately turns the lights on not the fan, any idea ??

Thanks for stopping by.
