I have some devices (my Mercedes and my Peugeot cars) which have good Alexa Skills and I can ask for how much charge in my car or how much petrol etc but cannot get an api to talk directly to these devices. Is there a way to extract data from an Alexa Skill and send it to the hubitat hub?

With Echo Speaks you can have HE send any command to Alexa that you can speak to Alexa, but I don't think that really helps you with getting info from Alexa.
You could as example, use a trigger from a door contact to have HE tell you when you entered the garage how much charge your vehicle had, assuming you have an Alexa device in the garage you can hear.
If you wanted to do something based on the percentage charge, I know of no way to get that info to the HE Hub.
