I recently bought IKEA Symfonisk Remote thinking it would be perfect out of the box for Sonos control, but I am missing a way to start a radio station and switch between stations. I was disappointed that I could not change the play/pause to something else. So now I have a shortcut button next to the remote that starts a radio station. But even with this setup I can't switch between stations or playlists.
I have extra Hue Dimmers not in use. I see others have used the Hue Dimmer as a Sonos remote but not to perfection in my opinion. I would like the top button to switch between 3-4 radio station or playlists and the bottom button to be play/pause, and the two in the middle volume up/down (long press would be nice too). The Hue Dimmer seems like a perfect sonos remote if this could be achieved.
Is this possible? I am new to home automation but I am considering hubitat if it could solve my problem.
