I have a bunch of the window/door sensors in the house, appear to be linked wirelessly to a brinks controller. Can I repurpose these or are they proprietary to the security system?
Any help would be appreciated
According to their FAQ, the sensors use a "proprietary signal" that goes undefined, but definitely not z-wave or zigbee since they make performance comparisons to those.
It sounds like these aren't compatible with HE.

It does say this in the FAQ
Your Constellation Connect Hub is compatible with Z-Wave, Zigbee, Wi-Fi and 345 MHz.
But like @hydro311 said it doesn't say exactly which are which. Some of those devices look like Zigbee and Z-wave off the shelf items.
That siren appears to be Linear or Go Control ( LINWA105DBZ1), the glass break a model ITIGLB01 Linear, and the bulb is clearly labeled Go Control if you squint at the picture. If so, these may (and I emphasize the may) be Z-wave.
The keypad appears to be Centralite, possibly an older Zigbee model. Maybe the 3400? The power plug looks very Centralite-ish to me as well.
The window and door sensors I don't recognize, they might be a 2GIG-DW10E judging by the shape, and the 345Mhz spec on both. If they are 345Mhz, they aren't compatible with Hubitat. At least not that I am aware of.
It wouldn't surprise me that those door sensors ARE 2gig brand, the key fob and panic button also appear to be from them. 2GIG-DW10E-345 2GIG Encrypted Thin Door/Window Contact for EDGE and GC2e/GC3e Panels Only

Good catch about the compatibility blurb!
And I'm an idiot -- I misread this entry in the FAQ as saying they use a proprietary protocol for everything (and were just comparing to ZB / ZW), but now I see what it's actually saying is that they use proprietary for something, but also use ZB /ZW.
Well, I think that's what it's saying anyway
