ConnectSense 20 Amp Smart In-Wall Outlet

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can use these with Hubitat without using Alexa or Homekit?
I have three, 20 A circuits in my garage and I really want to get them added to Hubitat.

Thanks in advance!

You could share a virtual device between Hubitat and Alexa and make routines that will turn on/off the outlet to match the virtual device, and make routines that will turn on/off the virtual device to match the outlet.

This driver with a virtual device has allowed me to do this:

It won’t be fast or local, but should work.

Thanks for the idea, but I don't use Alexa or HomeKit. I'm trying to find a way to use it without them. If I absolutely have to use one, it would be HomeKit. But I would like to avoid that if at all possible.

Yea, I missed the “without” part of your post… My bad!

My recommendation would be to instead go with a Zigbee or Z-Wave, but I don’t know if they support (or if you need) 20A.

No worries. I have a few 15 amp outlets in other areas. It’s the 20 amp I need in the garage.

No way to use that unless someone has written an integration into it's cloud API

If you can find them. Enerwave has a 20 amp z-wave outlet.... They also make a 15 (as does GE)

You might find a TP Link KASA 20 amp receptacle outlet to use, that can integrate into HE
