‘Connect to Hub’ no longer available in app

I do not know whether this has anything to do with switching to a new router yesterday...

Instead of “connect to Hub” being the second option in the Tools screen of the app (when connected to wifi at home), I now see “Purchase remote admin”.

I can connect to the hub by going to ‘Find hubs’.

I had my HE hub IP fixed on the last router, I have (the new IP address of the hub) fixed on the new router.

Could somebody help me troubleshoot this please?

To note: c7 hub, latest firmware. HE hub is wired into Orbi which is connected to router (same set up as with previous router). HE hub IP fixed on new router. Tried fixing new IP in HE settings...but hasn’t fixed the issue.
