Congratulations on successfully shepherding this major update through the development cycle and releasing it - too many major changes to pick any one favorite!
The mobile app supports onboarding of Matter devices if the hub is running platform 2.4.1.
However, there is nothing about this in the release notes for 2.4.1.151. Has that functionality been removed?
No, I need to update the release notes. Thank you for pointing it out.
Are there any fiddly bits we should be hammering on? I didn't make the cut joining Beta (late last month) which makes sense now. Build 151 is looking sharp, gentlemen.
Wow, my hubs are running faster than ever, thanks to the HE team!
Am I observing a conservative change to web page data refresh? It seems I see old data on the devices page on a PC that connected to the hub a week ago, or is it something with chrome?
New zwave only for pro?
We've run into memory limits running it on the older hubs in beta, so yes.
A release on April Fool's Day? hmmmm
Interestingly, I'm upgrading from 2.3.1.151 to 2.4.1.151. I guess 151 is the version number that just "works."
Do you mean 2.4.0.151?
2.3.1 is from eons ago ....
Yup.
Thanks! It finally allows me to dismiss the message about the weak Zigbee network.
After the update, the stopped rules created in RM5.1 started running again.
Anyone else experiencing this?
Not here in Straya it ainβt.
I don't have any "stopped" rules but all that are "paused" or disabled with the switch remain that way for me.
I've noticed on the last build as well. My Chrome tabs come up with old data from months ago. Without a manual refresh, it doesn't any new devices, etc.
Thanks, I'm thinking it's strategy to try to increase perceived or actual speed of navigation in the hub interface.
This is actually not intended, but makes sense that it happened (due to oversight on my part). Fix for this coming, but too late for you.
