NOOB Here - New from Vera/EZLO. Hubitat looks like a far better platform. I need help understanding the configuration screens. I am trying to use this ZOOZ for momentary contact for a MY Q garage door. Is there a cheat sheet anywhere for setup for this application. I am sure this has been done by many people. In the mean time I will keep looking - Thank you
Since you mention MyQ Garage, I assume you have either a Chamberlain, LiftMaster or Craftsman (Same manufacturer, different branding) garage door opener.
Depending on how old or recent it is, there can be different approaches to integrate it with Hubitat. To use a momentary contact, I had soldered a wire to the button on the wall button. Some do the same on a remote. Once this is done, those contacts can be connected to the Zooz Zen51 or another momentary contact. There are a few apps that allow this to function well within Hubitat. I have since moved to RATGDO which is a much better solution, and a lot easier to setup.
Yes - it would seem I actually have security 1.0, but I have also soldered wires to the microswitch on my 889LM. Touching them together verified that it will open and close the door. So all I need to do now is get the ZEN58 to do a momentary (1 second) push.
I have the device added as a garage door opener ( I think ). The configuration screens and labels are clear as mud for me. I have tried numerous numbers, etc..

Ok, so it seems like you have the basics. I don’t have a Zen58 myself. Can you post a screenshot of the screen(s) that you are having an issue with so that I or others in the community can help you with the next setps?
