How do you add the IF statement using rule machine?

I find rule machine quite confusing compared to the relative easy to use and Boolean logic of "Reactor" from Vera, the documentation creates even more confusion, a video would be most useful if available.
Then just use Multi-System Reactor. It works with Hubitat.

FWIW, I find Rule Machine to be more logically laid out and more capable than Reactor. Like the phrase goes - horses for courses.
I donβt think Multiplatform reactor be installed natively in Hubitat or perhaps running docker on Hubitat? I have no other device on location to install a rule machine on another device to send commands to Hubitat to action.
Then you have to learn how to use Rule Machine. There are videos on Hubitat's YouTube channel.
I was a 10+ year Vera user and used Reactor over there. I came to Hubitat a little over a year ago when I couldn't wait any longer for Ezlo to gain stability in their platform (I had a Vera and Ezlo hub, Vera was EOL, and Ezlo platform immature). I couldn't be happier with my migration a year later.
There is a learning curve with Hubitat and Rule Machine but it is very powerful once you wade in. Also the amount of add in applications and broad device support is impressive. OTA firmware upgrades of ZWave devices is supported. Best of all the user community is very active and helpful. You are experiencing that first hand with this post.
The biggest stumbling block I had with Hubitat was the inability to do AND statements in triggers. I was lectured a bit on why ANDs are nonsense in a trigger but I smiled and carried on. Once you embrace conditional logic in actions you can do pretty much anything you could do in Vera with AND conditions.
Ezlo was lucky to push out a platform release every few months, here its every other day. Constant refinements and improvements.
Anyway that's my 2 cents, happy to have moved to Hubitat.
