Color bulbs

Grabbed some Sengled RGBW bulbs. Paired them, I can operate them via the device and change colors / change to white by inputting a color temp. How can I call these colors from a dashboard button.

Next question.
I have a Dome Home siren. I created a dashboard switch and can activate the siren via this switch - how the heck do I create a switch to turn it off.
