I did, even in another LAN network for testing
Update, I want to thank @chuck.schwer for his help in resolving the cloud issue. He spent hours on this and I'm very pleased to have my 3rd hub working.
Thank you Chuck.
What was the resolution?
Curious as to what the resolution was and if there's any troubleshooting steps a user could take (beyond verifying the hub time as @chuck.schwer noted).
Very good question Josh, but I have no idea, @chuck.schwer probably can answer that, he did a lot of testing.
Sorry to resurrect this thread, after Chuck fixed this hub, I used it a couple of days then I put it back on the box, now I wanted to use it and it turns on(blue LED) but it doesn't connect to the network( LEDs in routers/switches blinks, no connection), I tested every posible scenario, hard reset using a USB drive, replacing everything else but not the hub itself, of course. This hub always been a problem, I suspect it has storage problems(bad sectors). I need help getting a replacement, I don't trust this hub, I have 2 other working hubs, it's this one the problematic. Thanks.
Which model hub is this? Send me a PM about getting a replacement.
C-4, thanks.
