I have had my hub for a couple of days now. Added devices and all good.
This morning I woke up to add another device and after pressing the + button in the Devices tab, I was informed: You cannot add devices while connected to the hub in cloud mode
I do not recall going into cloud mode... does anyone know how to get out of cloud mode so I can add more devices?
From the mobile app... that rings a bell... maybe I added the devices on my Mac, implemented a if this, than that on the MAC and then just observed it on the mobile - is that how it works?
I only use the mobile app to add z-wave SmartStart devices (since that's a SmartStart requirement); otherwise, I add all other devices via browser on my laptop.
For the mobile app, it goes to Cloud when it's not on your local/home network.
Do you mind sharing which mobile app are you using (Android or iOS). Also, please make sure that your mobile device is connected to the same network as the hub. Often, users are connected to the cellular network when they report that app thinks the mobile device is connected to the "cloud."
